    Hi

    I may not be an admin but I can still answer for you :)

    The event has started, you can buy flares in the payment section.

    This is a hunch of mine so not set in stone, but I think there's a good chance the black market will open at 12pm local server time, again this is a hunch as moderators do not get prior notice to this.
