    Dear Forum Moderator,
For some time there has been a player on my server who doesn't know how to behave in the chatroom. This player - I shan't name them - is known by all and has several boats, sometimes sailing 2 at a time.
This player constantly insults other players, and despite polite requests to desist, repeats the actions over and over again on a nightly basis.
I realise that I can use 'ignore' whilst in chat, and frequently use this tool, but I'm finding it tedious to repeat this - for several boats, each night.
I have reported this player to support on numerous occasions throughout the summer, and also included screenshots of said insults and infractions, and the result was an announcement in the forum asking players to abide by chat rules. Despite this warning, the player still insults everyone nightly in the chatroom. When a moderator comes into the chatroom this player then either shuts up, or cries for bans for other players.
I'm asking for your advice as to what steps i can take now, as I'm more than fed up of this player, and they are ruining the enjoyment of the game for myself and others.

You will need to take screen shots of all comments you wish to be reviewed and send them to support. If this is harassment against one particular player then you need to request and investigation of harassment. If it is general insults to many then they will need to keep a file on this player to proceed towards a suspension if such behaviour continuous.

However this can not be dealt with on the forum and you must contact support if you wish to take this further.
